I used to be a fan of Pink's until she bombarded us with a plethora of arrogant and hypocritical lyrics, shaking off any form of responsibility at all. One song that particularly gave me the peeves was the highly hypocritical "Dear Mr President", which is in the form of a letter directed to the United States President.

In this article I will attempt to highlight the hypocrisy displayed by Pink within these lyrics, by providing some lyrics of my own.
Dear Mr. President,
Come take a walk with me.
Let's pretend we're just two people and
You're not better than me.
Dear Pink,
Would you take a walk with me?
Do you care what I have to say?
Do you believe we are equal and you are not better than me?
Or am I a mere person, while you are a rock star?
What do you feel when you see all the homeless on the street?
Who do you pray for at night before you go to sleep?
What do you feel when you look in the mirror?
Are you proud?
Pink, do you care more for the homeless than the President?
Or is this a stunt to fool people into thinking you actually care?
What do you pray for at night before you sleep? Another number one hit?
What do you feel when you look in the mirror?
Are you proud? Superior?
How do you sleep while the rest of us cry?
How do you dream when a mother has no chance to say goodbye?
How do you walk with your head held high?
Can you even look me in the eye
And tell me why?
How do you sleep while the rest of us struggle?
How do you dream when you know ours cannot come true?
How can you sing this song with sincerity when you promote bad attitudes in other songs?
How can you face the camera and sing this to me?
Let me tell you 'bout hard work
Minimum wage with a baby on the way
Let me tell you 'bout hard work
Rebuilding your house after the bombs took them away
Let me tell you 'bout hard work
Building a bed out of a cardboard box
Let me tell you 'bout hard work
Hard work
Hard work
You don't know nothing 'bout hard work
Hard work
Hard work
Pink, how can you preach to the President about what you know nothing about?
You are far from the minimum wage.
You are not a mother.
Have you ever lost your house? To bombs? To anything?
Pink, how big is your house?
How many homeless people, that you care so much for, could you fit in your house?
Is your bed made of cardboard or covered in linen that costs more than my car?
Pink, the President knows no less about hard work than you do.
Dear Mr. President,
You'd never take a walk with me.
Would you?
Dear Pink,
You'd never take a walk with me.
Would you?

I am a fan of P!nk, her concert was fab! Just not a fan of the above song, very hypocritical!
You stop and stare
You think I care
I don't
You talk real loud
But you aint saying nothing cool
I could fit your whole house in my swimming pool
My life's a fantasy
That you're not smart enough to even dream
My ice is making me freeze
You can try and try you can't beat me
Its from the song "Cuz I can". Mind you, I LOVE this song! I guess it dosent really bother me, at the end of the day, what she is saying (most the time) is true, she probably could fit my house in her swimming pool! LOL
