Content on Essential Madness is generated both by dedicated staff and the general public. Essential Madness encourages mature and ethical interaction of general public with staff, and of general public with other members of the general public.

Essential Madness strives to create a fun, clean and ethical atmosphere for its community, and thus enforce a few simple rules for contributing content.
Essential Madness allows the contribution of mature content, but forbids indecent material. Indecent material includes pornography, nudity, paedophilic, bestiality, and excessive violence (including graphical).
Essential Madness forbids any material pertaining to the exploitation of children.
Essential Madness forbids “hate” content that is directed at any particular group of people. This includes targeted comments toward particular groups of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity.
Excessively violent content is forbidden, which includes graphical displays of deceased and/or badly injured persons or animals.
Threatening comments toward others will not be tolerated, and may incur disciplinary action from site staff.
Do not post content for the purpose of misleading readers of your identity. We are not saying you must disclose your personal identity, but purposefully imitating another person is forbidden.
Essential Madness forbids the contribution of links to illegal sites such as torrents, and reserves the right to remove content without author consent and without justification or explanation. Spam is also forbidden and will be removed, as well as the author facing disciplinary action by site staff.
Disciplinary and/or legal action may be taken against users who knowingly create content to transmit viruses, or other malicious activities.

Essential Madness strives to uphold all privacy guidelines set out in the Privacy Policy, and thus, prohibits third parties to publish any personal information of others on this site.
No Resale of the Service
